To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring:

  • Advanced capability using:
  • Autodesk Inventor
  • Strand7

  • Site-based engineering or construction support
  • Engineering consultancy environments
  • VBA, automation, or engineering systems development

Why This Role

You’ll be joining a close-knit, locally based consultancy where your expertise makes a real impact not just on projects, but on people and communities. This is an environment where relationships matter, innovation is encouraged, and career growth happens through trust, mentorship, and hands-on experience.

At Telos Co (formerly Utility Careers), we’re proud to be Australia’s specialist recruiter for the water and asset-intensive sectors. We work exclusively with organisations that value capability, culture, and long-term impact.
